"Worked with Alliyah Thorpe from her office and I was amazed at how convenient she made the process. We were 1. Switching out home insurance, 2. Buying a new personal vehicle, and 3. Having our business buy one of our other personal vehicles off of us to use as a commercial auto policy for the business. Going in, I thought it was going to be a headache. We provided all our home and commercial auto info and she said "When you are at the dealer and agree to a car, just send em the info and I'll finalize the personal auto policy and get it active for you and to send to the dealer." With that planning from Alliyah, without hyperbole, it took less than 5 minutes from the time we sent her the VIN and details to the time we had the our new policies and insurance cards for the dealer to have on copy for the closing. WONDERFUL! Made life SO easy, and highly recommend."

In this day of mediocre customer service, to work with someone who goes above and beyond to make certain that we, the customer, is receiving the white glove treatment is almost unheard of anymore. What a sigh of relief to be heard and taken care of in a respectful manner and not treated like a number. "RUN! Even if you are going to pick statefarm DO NOT use this agent. Absolutely useless when we got into a zero fault accident, and in addition they raised our rate $70/month and charged us a fee for change of address because they entered the wrong address when I signed on. They've essentially told me to kick rocks regarding this issue and I'd strongly recommend not using this agency or statefarm insurance if this is who represents them."
